Zusammenfassung

ComplianceWise, Amsterdam-based fast-growing SaaS scale-up, seeks a Finance Manager to own the financial foundation, including administration, budgets, and insights for management and shareholders. You’ll drive accuracy in reporting and partner with the COO to shape strategic decisions.

You will oversee accounts payable/receivable, cash flow forecasting, monthly closings, and collaboration with the COO and fractional CFO, shaping international expansion and robust reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in financial administration (AP/AR, bank, mailbox).
• Experience in a (small) consolidated group structure is beneficial.
• Experience with Dutch finance documentation and processes is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage financial operations including AP, AR, bank, and finance mailbox.
• Oversee budgeting and monthly closing processes.
• Provide reliable reports, budgets, and analyses to management and shareholders.
• Collaborate with People Specialist on salary administration and with the COO/fractional CFO on performance insights.
• Develop and optimize finance processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Support international expansion efforts by establishing new entities and compliant processes.
