Get-e seeks a commercially minded Head of Finance to lead and develop the finance function as it scales internationally. You will own financial reporting, planning, cash flow, and business partnering with the CFO and Leadership Team to drive profitable growth.

Transform finance through AI, automation, and smarter processes, strengthening internal controls and data-driven decision making. You will lead a team of four full‑time employees in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Senior finance experience leading a finance function.
• Strong accounting knowledge, including month-end close and controls.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the finance function with clear priorities, responsibilities, and performance standards for the team.
• Own monthly financial reporting, management accounts, variance analysis, and budget control.
• Drive AI and automation across finance workflows, with focus on procure-to-pay, AP, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Develop NetSuite improvements, data integrity, and strong financial controls.
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for Leadership Team and stakeholders.
