Job summary

RM365 NL is seeking a senior finance leader to steer finance across UK and EU entities, including planning, treasury, tax, audits and reporting. The role drives scalable financial frameworks and supports cross-border operations in preparation for a U.S. IPO.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in senior finance, IFRS/UK GAAP expertise, and English fluency; French is a plus. The annual base salary ranges from 180,000€ to 250,000€, with formal office work expectations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of finance across UK and EU entities (planning, treasury, tax, audit, reporting, risk).
• Build and manage scalable financial frameworks to support cross-border operations and IPO prep.
• Oversee investor relations, M&A, and capital raising strategies (debt and equity).
• Optimize internal controls, cost structures, and working capital for growth.
• Collaborate with CEO/board on strategic initiatives and international expansion.
• Drive finance strategies aligned with cross-border, multi-channel operations.
