Job summary

GET-E International is seeking a Head of Finance to lead and develop our finance function as we scale internationally. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic financial governance with business partnering across Sales, Operations and Leadership to drive profitable growth.

You will oversee reporting, cash flow, controls, and KPI-driven insights, and spearhead AI-enabled finance transformation, automation, and smarter processes.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience in high-growth or international environments.
• Proven ability to own financial reporting, planning, and controls.
• Experience implementing AI/automation in finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function, set priorities, and drive performance.
• Own monthly close, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Develop business control capabilities and profitability analyses.
• Lead AI/automation initiatives across procure-to-pay, invoicing, and month-end close.
• Partner with CFO and Leadership Team to drive strategic financial insights.
