Job summary

Your.World, an ambitious PE-backed international group, seeks a (Senior) Group Controller to own the group planning & control cycle, translating complex financial data into clear insights for board-level decisions. You will drive reporting, standardization and strategic projects, including IPO readiness, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven improvements.

You will operate within the FP&A team and partner with CFO and segment finance leaders to shape performance management across a decentralized

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in international or listed environments.
• Strong background in FP&A, reporting and performance management.
• Proven ability to engage with CFOs and boards with confidence and credibility.
• Analytical mindset with solid financial storytelling and business acumen.
• Detail-oriented, structured and delivery-focused, with ownership attitude.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the group planning & control cycle from budgeting to board reporting.
• Deliver high-quality monthly reports, rolling forecasts and lender reporting with a clear narrative.
• Partner with CFO, FP&A & BI Director and Segment Finance Directors for timely, board-ready deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, automation and data reliability, including AI-driven solutions.
• Support ad-hoc strategic analyses and IPO readiness activities.
