Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of international annual salary and bonus review, including planning, system setup, testing and executive reporting.
• Prepare compensation models, reports and analytics for annual processes and ad-hoc requests.
• Lead market data surveys, benchmarking and analysis.
• Perform job evaluations for UK and international roles.
• Provide analytical support to the UK Reward Manager on various analyses.
• Maintain compensation policies and processes aligned with business strategy.
• Partner with international HR, Finance and stakeholders as a trusted Reward expert.
