Rvdb is seeking an analytical and hands-on Interim Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support European reward initiatives from Amsterdam in a six-month assignment. You will contribute to annual remuneration reviews, EU Pay Transparency implementations and salary benchmarking across Europe, collaborating with HR, Finance and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or Reward Analytics.
• Experience with annual salary reviews, bonus processes and salary benchmarking.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of or experience with the EU Pay Transparency Directive is a strong advantage.
• Experience with international HR processes and reward systems; familiarity with SuccessFactors and Mercer IPE is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A structured, accurate and independent working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Annual Remuneration Review: Support the European salary review and bonus processes, including data preparation, salary increase analyses, merit matrices and compensation reporting.
• EU Pay Transparency Directive: Contribute to the implementation of the directive across several European countries, with a particular focus on gender pay gap analyses and Employee Right to Information (ERTI).
• Salary Benchmarking: Coordinate and complete annual salary surveys across Europe, ensuring accurate market data and supporting compensation benchmarking activities.
• Reward Reporting: Prepare and analyse compensation data, develop reports and support improvements in reward processes and data quality.
