Job summary

Zohorecruit in Amsterdam, NL, is seeking a Junior Reward Analyst to start a career in data-driven compensation strategies within an international environment. You will collect, clean, and analyze salary and benefits data in Excel, run market analyses to improve competitiveness, and create reports and dashboards to present insights to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Analytics, Econometrics, HR, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
Excellent Excel skills, including advanced functions.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex datasets.
Good communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze compensation and benefits data in Excel.
Conduct market analyses to improve reward program competitiveness.
Create reports and dashboards to present insights to clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement new reward strategies.
Keep up with trends and best practices in Compensation & Benefits.
