Job summary

Rvdb is seeking an analytical and hands-on Interim Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support European reward initiatives from Amsterdam in a six-month assignment. You will contribute to annual remuneration reviews, EU Pay Transparency implementations and salary benchmarking across Europe, collaborating with HR, Finance and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or Reward Analytics.
• Experience with annual salary reviews, bonus processes and salary benchmarking.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of or experience with the EU Pay Transparency Directive is a strong advantage.
• Experience with international HR processes and reward systems; familiarity with SuccessFactors and Mercer IPE is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A structured, accurate and independent working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Reward Reporting: Prepare and analyse compensation data, develop reports and support improvements in reward processes and data quality.

Are you an analytical and hands-on Compensation & Benefits professional who enjoys working in an international environment? For a leading international organisation based in Amsterdam, we are looking for an Interim Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support several key European reward initiatives.

In this six-month assignment, you will play an important role in the annual remuneration review, EU Pay Transparency preparations and salary benchmarking activities across Europe.

This is your challenge

As Interim Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will join the European Total Rewards team and work closely with HR, Finance and international stakeholders. Your focus will be on delivering accurate reward analyses, supporting key compensation processes and contributing to ongoing projects.

You will be working for a well known, very diverse and inclusive international organisation with a strong European presence. The company operates across multiple countries and offers a dynamic, energetic and collaborative environment where HR and Total Rewards play an important role.

You will be part of the European Total Rewards Centre of Expertise, working closely with colleagues across different countries and functions.

Wat we bieden

• A three to six month interim assignment within an international organisation.
• Position for 32 to 40 hours a week
• Hybrid working, with an office location in Amsterdam.
• An hourly rate of approximately €90, depending on experience.
