Job summary

You will help grow the unit's profitability by managing client participation and delivering compensation insights.

The role involves effective client relationships, data management, and collaboration with the multinational team to provide pay analyses and market insights.

Qualifications

• Numerate with strong data analysis and interpretation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in compensation data management or survey operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation survey participation and client experience.
• Grow database participation and data robustness through client relationships.
• Assist in survey operations and marketing activities.
• Deliver rewards-based projects such as salary structure development and pay assessments.
• Support new business and ensure effective contracting with clients.
• Presentations and events for clients; provide pay assessments of roles.
