Hunter Douglas, Inc. is seeking a detail-driven Reward Analyst to join our HR team, focusing on variable compensation, pay review cycles, governance, data quality and process standardisation across EMEA.

You’ll collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance and leaders across multiple countries to ensure accurate and consistently applied reward processes. You will support KPI definition, target setting and performance tracking for variable pay programmes, and contribute to monthly cost analyses and

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Operations or similar analytical HR role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting cyclical HR processes such as bonus cycles, merit reviews or salary planning.
  • Strong Excel and data-handling skills with large, complex datasets.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. Oracle or similar HRIS) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage variable compensation processes across EMEA, partnering with HRBPs, Payroll and Finance.
  • Support KPI definition, target setting, performance tracking and documentation for variable pay programmes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of compensation cycles, including validations and governance checks.
  • Support annual pay review and merit cycles, including data preparation and validation.
  • Produce recurring and ad-hoc reward analyses to support decision-making and insight.
  • Support monthly people cost analysis, reporting, trend monitoring, forecasting and budgeting inputs.
  • Maintain process documentation, calendars, templates and governance materials for reward activities.
  • Champion data accuracy, controls and standardisation across countries and business units.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and more efficient, scalable ways of working.
  • Provide operational support for compensation-related topics within HR systems.

About the Role

We’relooking for a detail-drivenReward Analystto join our HR team, sitting at the intersection of HR operations and business performance. This role plays a key part in supporting and delivering core compensation processes across EMEA, with a strong focus onvariable compensation, pay review cycles, governance, dataqualityand process standardisation.

You’llwork closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll,Financeand business leaders across multiple countries, helping ensure reward processes areaccurate, well-governed, and consistently applied.

What we’re looking for
