Job summary

WTW is seeking a Senior Analyst in its ECBA team to work on client assignments across the full spectrum of executive compensation and board advisory topics. You will deliver high-quality analysis, client materials and project outputs, while supporting the design and review of compensation programmes.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field is required.
  • Approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, executive compensation, rewards, or related services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive insights from data.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively on defined workstreams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality client-ready work.
  • Good project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex findings clearly.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; English fluency is required.

The Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) practice is part of the Work & Rewards segment, and our practice focuses on aligning corporate strategy, mission, vision and corporate values with executive compensation design. WTW is the global leader in executive compensation consulting, with over 500 consultants worldwide. Our consultancy services are centered around different topics within the ECBA sphere and cover a broad range of disciplines including Strategy, Corporate Governance, Performance Management, ESG, Finance, HR and Psychology. We partner with the client to determine the most suitable solution to these issues

The Role

As a Senior Analyst in the ECBA team, you will work on client assignments relating to the full spectrum of Executive Compensation and Board Advisory topics, taking an active role in the delivery of high-quality analysis, client materials and project outputs.

Your work will include conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analyses, preparing client-ready presentations and reports, supporting the design and review of executive compensation programmes, keeping up to date with market and regulatory developments, and contributing to business development initiatives.

You will work across a variety of projects such as executive and board compensation benchmarking, incentive design, pay-for-performance analysis, remuneration policy reviews, corporate governance assessments and financial analyses across different industries. You will collaborate with diverse project teams and will be expected to independently manage defined workstreams with increasing autonomy, while receiving support and guidance from more senior colleagues.

Within different project teams, you will share responsibility for delivering high-quality services and deliverables to our clients. You will be expected to contribute proactively to project planning, conduct and coordinate analytical work, review outputs for accuracy and quality to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency before delivery to clients, and support the development of more junior colleagues where appropriate.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and a problem-solver, has strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organized, comfortable working with data and able to communicate complex information in a clear and structured way.

Requirements:
  • Master’s degree, preferably in Business Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Econometrics, or another discipline with a strong quantitative or analytical component;
  • Approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, executive compensation, rewards, corporate governance, financial analysis, remuneration, HR advisory, or a related professional services environment, combined with a strong interest in executive compensation and board advisory matters. Experience working with compensation, financial and/or market data is an advantage;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and issues, and develop clear, commercially relevant insights and recommendations;
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of defined project workstreams while collaborating effectively with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders;
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate and client-ready work;
  • Good project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear, structured and professional manner;
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more local languages within our cluster is considered an advantage.
