Job summary

CWS Cleanrooms in the Netherlands seeks an experienced recruitment professional to drive sourcing across borders. You will own the candidate lifecycle, deliver an exceptional experience, and develop strategy for target groups.

You will lead international stakeholder collaboration, optimize recruiting processes, and contribute to KPI-driven projects while enjoying flexible/hybrid work and onboarding from day one.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in white-collar recruiting.
• Experience in conducting interviews and active sourcing.
• Leadership experience in international teams.
• Strong market understanding and stakeholder management.
• Organisational talent and strong communication skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English; strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Active sourcing via Xing, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Responsibility for the entire candidate lifecycle and an excellent candidate experience.
• Development of target-group-specific recruiting strategies.
• Screening applications and conducting qualified interviews.
• Optimising recruiting processes and KPI management.
• Collaboration with international stakeholders and participation in projects.
