Job summary

CWS Group is recruiting a Recruiter to manage the full candidate lifecycle for white-collar roles across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will lead sourcing via LinkedIn and other channels, conduct thorough interviews, and optimize recruitment processes while collaborating with international stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has several years in recruiting, strong interview skills, and leadership experience in international teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in white-collar recruiting.
• Experience in conducting interviews and active sourcing.
• Leadership experience in international teams.
• Strong market understanding and stakeholder management.
• Fluent Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Active sourcing via Xing, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Responsibility for the entire candidate lifecycle and an excellent candidate experience.
• Development of target-group-specific recruiting strategies.
• Screening applications and conducting qualified interviews.
• Optimising recruiting processes and KPI management.
• Collaboration with international stakeholders and participation in projects.
