Job summary

RCE Staffing in The Hague is seeking a dynamic recruitment professional to manage client requirements and drive the full recruitment process.

Based in the Netherlands with a centrally located office, the role offers hybrid working and requires fluency in Dutch and English to build relationships with clients and candidates. You will source, brief candidates, negotiate rates and maintain candidate databases, while developing long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience in a technical industry.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients recruitment requirements within a timely and professional manner.
• Actively pursue leads and develop business via social media and networking.
• Acquire detailed information relating to client’s recruitment needs and manage the full process from vacancy intake to placement and maintaining client relationships.
• Fully brief all candidates regarding the job, client, interview process and aftercare service.
• Negotiate rates with clients and ensure all communication is documented in the company database.
• Develop and utilise the candidate database to identify the right candidate for client vacancies.
• Advertise vacancies and manage responses, maintaining a bank of quality applicants within specialist discipline.
