Job summary

SMART Photonics is expanding its Recruitment team and seeks a recruiter to scale-up our Production and Operations talent in the Netherlands. You will own end-to-end recruitment for cleanroom and operations roles, build pipelines across the Dutch high-tech ecosystem, and partner with managers to define needs and sourcing strategies.

You will drive a fast, engaging candidate experience, coordinate interviews and hiring decisions, and contribute to employer branding in a dynamic scale-up

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in operational recruitment, preferably in a high-tech or semiconductor environment.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines and partner with hiring managers.
• Strong network in the Brainport region is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Dutch, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for production/operations roles and shifts.
• Deliver a fast, engaging candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Define hiring needs with managers and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source proactively within the Dutch high-tech ecosystem and build talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interview processes and influence hiring decisions.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment process improvements.
