Job summary

Gom Schoonhouden in the Netherlands seeks a Corporate Recruiter to drive the intake of operational roles in facilities services, including cleaning, logistics, and specialist functions. You will actively search for candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, networks, job boards, and partnerships with municipalities to reach the right people.

You will screen and guide applicants, advise hiring managers on vacancy strategy, and represent Gom at job markets and recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Minimum HBO degree.
• At least 2 years of recruiter experience.
• Experience with active sourcing via LinkedIn and job boards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Driver's license B.

Responsibilities

• Actively search for and approach candidates to fill roles.
• Screen and guide applicants by phone or video interview.
• Maintain strong contact with hiring managers and advise on vacancy strategy.
• Represent Gom at job markets and build relationships with partners.
• Collaborate with intake partners to reach new candidate pools.
