7people is seeking an interim HR Business Partner to join our international scale-up. Based in Rotterdam, you will own Rippling, manage HR data, and support a performance-cycle rollout while keeping day-to-day HR moving.

You’ll coordinate an EOR transition for 10+ international employees, help shape the annual engagement survey, and support year-end activities with Finance. This hands-on, fast-paced role is ideal for a pragmatic, communicative team player.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-moving international environment.
• Tech-savvy with HR systems, data and tooling; Rippling experience is a bonus.
• Confident with stakeholders, especially in sales compensation work.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is useful but not required as a working language.
• Hands-on, self-starter who thrives in a scale-up culture.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Rippling, the company’s HR system, day-to-day management.
• Lead the EOR transition for 10+ international employees across countries.
• Support the rollout of the performance review process in Rippling, configuring workflows and permissions.
• Structure the sales compensation process, templates, and cross-stakeholder alignment for 2027.
• Run the annual engagement survey and drive deep-dives into key outcomes.
• Support Finance and HR during year-end activities and external audits.
