Job summary

Monday Merch in Rotterdam is seeking an HR Intern to work closely with the Head of HR and contribute to onboarding, employee experience, and HR process improvements from day one. You will gain exposure to the full HR cycle in a fast-growing international scale-up environment.

You will help with HR operations, onboarding logistics, recruitment support, and culture initiatives while handling information with discretion. This hands-on role starts with a clear path to owning impactful HR projects.

Qualifications

• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented candidate with an interest in HR and employee experience.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally and responsibly.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; eager to contribute ideas for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
