Care Professionals is restructuring and reshaping its HR department to support Europe-wide operations. The role partners with cluster leadership on organisational design, performance, and reward strategies, ensuring consistency of HR policy across European entities while respecting local labor environments.

You will advise executive leadership with data on talent decisions and workforce strategy, and drive cross-border HR projects that align with global policy and country plans.
