Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior HR Partner to serve as a trusted advisor across Europe, shaping people strategy and partnering with wholesale leaders to enable growth. You will lead multi-country HR programs, drive talent acquisition, change management, succession planning, and people analytics while promoting DEI and a strong culture across offices and stores.

Expect travel of about 20%, and collaboration with global stakeholders to ensure compliant, high-impact people initiatives that support

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a strategic senior-level HR partnering role in a fast-paced, multi-country European or global business.
• Experience partnering directly with commercial wholesale teams preferred.
• Passion for the sports industry; sector experience preferred.
• Knowledge of multiple European employment laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, data and analytics, organisational design, and change management.
• Comfortable navigating stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and data-driven with strong attention to detail.
• Workday experience beneficial.
• Ability to make accountable decisions and understand wider European and global business impacts.
• Outstanding and confident communication skills, with ability to collaborate and influence at all levels.
• Proactive self-starter with a results- and deadline-driven approach.
• Highest levels of integrity and professional credibility.
• Willingness to undertake approximately 20% European travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner, thought leader, and coach to develop and execute a people strategy aligned with regional goals.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide leadership, advice, and vision supporting business growth.
• Lead strategic HR work across talent acquisition, mobility, change management, compensation, learning and development, and workforce planning.
