Job summary

Leads.io is seeking an experienced Interim Head of HR Operations to maintain HR continuity during a 6‑month maternity leave. You will oversee payroll, contracts, and compliance while improving HiBob data quality and reporting across NL, Toronto, UK and broader Europe.

A hands‑on leader, you will coach managers and drive practical, compliant processes. You will partner with leadership to balance day‑to‑day execution with strategic HR initiatives, ensure clear internal communications, and support

• Experience in senior HR roles, with interim assignments a plus.
• Strong analytical capability to translate data into actions.
• Experience across multi-country HR environments (NL, Canada, UK).
