Job summary

More Recruitment is seeking an experienced Interim HR Operations Specialist to support the HR team of a Delft-based, internationally oriented organisation. You will manage HR administration, payroll, visas, onboarding and offboarding, and optimise HR systems such as HiBob, Odoo and Officevibe, while advising managers and employees.

The role is 3–6 months with hybrid 2/3 days from home and English required (Dutch a plus).

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment.
• Hands-on, independent work style and proactive mindset.
• Fluent English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee HR administration including contracts, payroll, pensions, benefits, leave and sickness.
• Support international employment matters including visa applications and 30% ruling processes.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding and organise monthly onboarding day.
• Advise employees and managers on day-to-day HR issues and policies.
• Maintain and optimise HR systems (HiBob, Odoo, Officevibe).
• Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law and internal HR policies.
• Monitor employment law changes and translate into policies.
• Prepare and analyse HR reports and employee data.
• Collaborate with external partners (payroll, pension, OH provider, authorities).
