- Proven experience leading change, culture transformation, and team development initiatives.
- A successful track record of working with teams experiencing complex interpersonal dynamics and entrenched behavioral patterns.
- Experience within operational, administrative, shared services, or back-office environments.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
- The ability to recognize and address behaviours such as gossip, workplace conflict, exclusion, and other barriers to effective collaboration.
- Experience creating environments where employees feel empowered to give feedback, take ownership, and communicate openly.
- A structured and pragmatic approach combined with strong emotional intelligence.
- A leadership style that is both firm and approachable.
- The ability to build trust, create momentum, and deliver sustainable behavioural change.
- ZZP registered and based in the Netherlands.
- Fluent in Dutch and English
