Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Interim Change and Culture Transformation lead for a Gorinchem-based manufacturing client. The role is on-site, full-time, for 9-12 months, starting ASAP.

You will assess team dynamics, drive culture initiatives, and build a high-performing environment. You will work with stakeholders across operations and back-office functions, address behaviours hindering collaboration, and coach leaders through change, delivering sustainable improvements in trust and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change, culture transformation, and team development initiatives.
• Track record with teams experiencing complex interpersonal dynamics and entrenched behavioral patterns.
• Experience within operational, administrative, shared services, or back-office environments.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
• The ability to recognize and address behaviours such as gossip, workplace conflict, exclusion, and other barriers to effective collaboration.
• Experience creating environments where employees feel empowered to give feedback, take ownership, and communicate openly.
• A structured and pragmatic approach combined with strong emotional intelligence.
• A leadership style that is both firm and approachable.
• The ability to build trust, create momentum, and deliver sustainable behavioural change.
• ZZP registered and based in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch and English
