Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking a Business Case & Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale transformation programme in the Netherlands. This role sits at the intersection of business, finance, and technology, helping drive strategic initiatives through strong business case management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

You will build, monitor, and challenge business cases, track benefits realisation and milestones, support governance and reporting, and create dashboards for

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in consulting, transformation, business analysis, PMO, or project management.
• Experience developing and monitoring business cases.
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to transformation projects, ideally within IT, infrastructure, or technology environments.
• Understanding of governance frameworks, commercial agreements, and data-driven decision making.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and leading discussions.

This role sits at the intersection of business, finance, and technology, helping drive strategic initiatives through strong business case management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
