Job summary

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Lead to drive complex HR transformation initiatives across multiple business integration and technology programmes. This role combines HR integration activities for newly acquired organisations with the implementation and adoption of digital document management capabilities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, business teams and external partners to ensure successful transformation outcomes, business readiness and long term adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation initiatives across multiple integration and technology programmes
• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate HR integration activities for acquired organisations
• Drive implementation and adoption of document management solutions within the HR landscape
• Build alignment between HR, IT, business stakeholders and external implementation partners
• Prepare steering committee presentations and executive updates

Requirements

• Significant experience leading HR transformation, digital transformation or business integration programmes
• Strong programme and project leadership experience
• Proven experience working within complex matrix organisations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities
• Experience working with HR technology platforms
• SAP SuccessFactors experience is highly desirable
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations or organisational restructuring initiatives
• Strong change management and adoption expertise
• Excellent communication and executive reporting skills
• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining hands on delivery ownership
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required
• Proactive, solution oriented and collaborative working style
• Strong risk management and problem solving skills
