Hef Associates is seeking an experienced Global Business Adoption & Change Consultant (Interim) to support the rollout of our ERP and HCM platform across approximately 20 countries. The role focuses on driving adoption through change management, training design, and standardized documentation to ensure consistent, global processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in change management, business adoption, or learning and development on international transformation programs.
• Experience with ERP and/or HCM implementations.
• Proven train-the-trainer experience.
• Strong content creation skills for concise video-based learning and user documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management in an international environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Drive change management by translating project deliverables into business impacts for diverse user groups.
• Develop and maintain a Global Business Dictionary with standardized terminology.
• Coordinate onboarding for new users, including role-based learning paths.
• Identify, assess, and support Key Users with business leads.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer by coaching Key Users to become trainers.

Global Business Adoption & Change Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Business Adoption & Change Consultant to support the global implementation of our new ERP and HCM platform across approximately 20 countries. The role focuses on ensuring successful business adoption through change management, training, and standardized documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business change management by translating project deliverables into clear business impacts for different user groups.
• Develop and maintain a Global Business Dictionary containing standardized terminology and business definitions.
• Coordinate onboarding for new users, including role-based learning paths.
• Identify, assess, and support Key Users in collaboration with business leads.
• Lead the Train-the-Trainer approach by coaching Key Users to become effective local trainers.
• Develop and maintain practical training materials, with a primary focus on:
  • Short instructional videos (3–5 minutes)
  • One-page work instructions / Quick Reference Guides
• Support key users in creating high-quality training content as needed, ensuring a consistent global approach.
• Support communication activities and monitor business readiness throughout the implementation.

Required Profile

• 5+ years of experience in change management, business adoption, or learning and development within international transformation programs.
• Experience with ERP and/or HCM implementations
• Proven experience with train-the-trainer methodologies.
• Strong content creation skills, particularly for concise video-based learning and simple user documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment.
• Fluent in English.
