Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Change Manager in similar roles.
• Proven track record managing complex transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

The role sits within an ongoing initiative focused on data-driven ways of working and personalisation in the Marketing department. The vision and roadmap are already in place; the next phase centres on implementation, adoption, and embedding sustainable change across the organisation, alongside contributing to a broader commercial transformation focused on processes, collaboration, and ways of working.
