You will qualify leads, ensure high-quality handover to Sales Representatives, and help optimize CRM usage, reporting, and outreach with AI tools where relevant. This junior role offers growth within the Inside Sales function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, engineering, commercial economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Commercial Analysis, or similar role.
• Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred).
• Familiarity with sales reporting, BI dashboards, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to contribute to process improvements in a commercial environment.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, cross-functional, international setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and data-driven, with numbers affinity.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and qualification: follow-up and qualify inbound leads.
• Improve qualification criteria and outreach strategies.
• Document and share case studies; manage exhibition leads.
• Create and update weekly reports; analyze KPI trends.
