Job summary

Odd.Bot is seeking an inside sales and sales support specialist in our Rotterdam team. You will qualify leads, draft quotations, confirm orders, and ensure accurate invoicing while coordinating handovers to the Service & Production teams.

You will prepare events and sales materials, support trade shows, and optimize order processes. Strong CRM and ERP experience, fluent Dutch and English are essential, with German or French a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in inside sales or sales support within a B2B environment.
• Fluent Dutch and excellent English (spoken and written).
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems, order processing and invoicing.
• Ability to coordinate logistics for events and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification and managing the first leg of the sales pipeline.
• Drafting error-free quotations and confirming orders.
• Create invoices and manage deal administration.
• Coordinate handover of sold robots to Service & Production teams.
• Prepare customer events and sales materials for field colleagues.
