Job summary

Tech Rise in the Netherlands is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to generate new business in Low-Code Mendix and AI, identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and build a strong pipeline for the Account Executive.

You will be part of a Differentiation & Innovation (D&I) sales team, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to turn campaigns and market developments into commercial opportunities, with a hybrid working model and competitive conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation.
• Strong communication and results-driven mindset.
• Interest in IT, Low-Code, Mendix, and AI.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new prospects within the Low-Code (Mendix) and AI markets.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
• Conduct initial conversations with potential customers.
• Schedule and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns, events, and inbound leads.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to maximize lead conversion.
• Monitor market developments and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of sales propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Use modern sales and AI tools to improve prospecting, qualification, and productivity.
