Job summary

Avit Group is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales / Sales Support professional to join our team in the Netherlands. You will work closely with account managers, pre-sales, and back-office colleagues to handle quotes, identify customer needs, and translate them into effective solutions.

You’ll maintain daily contact with customers and suppliers (Cisco) and ensure smooth handover to order entry. The role combines sales, coordination, and process improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales or Sales Support experience required.
• Affinity for IT is a must.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, submitting, and following up on quotes.
• Identifying customer needs and translating them into solutions.
• Monitoring progress, quality, and turnaround times.
• Coordination with internal teams and external parties.
• Ensure accurate transfer to order entry.
• Key User – Salesforce: supporting colleagues and testing process improvements.
