Job summary

Hoshino Europe B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our Spanish and Portuguese markets for Ibanez Guitars and TAMA Drums.

You will process orders, manage CRM data, and drive pre- and post-sale activities with dealers and end users, using English, Spanish and Portuguese. Based in Mijdrecht (Utrecht area) or nearby, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure accurate order fulfilment, timely responses, and compelling

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in both Spanish and Portuguese (spoken and written) is required.
• Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Based in the Netherlands, or willing to relocate; Dutch language skills are not required.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B customer management in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Experience in sales.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Accurate, structured, and proactive working style.
• A real passion for music and musical instruments is essential; experience in music retail or as a musician is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from Spain and Portugal accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer order information in the CRM system.
• Record and follow up on sales activities, quotations, and ongoing sales opportunities.
• Ensure that customer and order information is accurate, up to date, and shared within the team.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support (order and RMA follow-up) to customers and end users.
• Respond to technical and commercial inquiries in Spanish, Portuguese, and English in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide clear information on product availability, promotions, order status, and shipping details.
• Proactively build strong relationships with dealers and present and sell new products and offers by phone.
• Coordinate with the technical department to find solutions for customer-reported issues.
• Work closely with the field sales team for Spain and Portugal to support and align sales activities.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics, and Technical departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
