Job summary

ProDVX Europe in Den Bosch is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our account managers, assist customers, and help grow our market share in hardware & IT.

You’ll prepare quotes, communicate with customers via phone and email, advise on orders, maintain our CRM, and contribute to commercial projects. We offer an international environment, base salary with bonus, 25 vacation days, pension, laptop & phone, plus training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on quotes.
• Communicate with customers, partners, and leads via phone and email.
• Provide commercial and administrative support to the sales team.
• Advise customers on orders and products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Contribute to commercial projects (software partners, demo rooms, etc.).
• Keep our CRM up-to-date.
• Support logistics tasks when needed.
