Job summary

VAT Group, located in Utrecht, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth and deliver outstanding customer experience in an assigned territory. You will act as the main bridge between customers, Sales and internal support, handling inquiries, quotations, and orders, while coordinating with Product Management, FAE and Operations to provide tailored solutions across the region.

Qualifications

3+ years in Inside Sales or related roles in industrial/B2B.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
Strong customer focus and ability to develop opportunities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management in international environment.
Fluent English; German desirable; French advantageous.

Responsibilities

Handle inquiries, RFQs, and commercial activities for assigned B accounts.
Create, manage, and follow up quotations to convert to orders.
Build relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
Coordinate with Product Management, FAE, Operations to provide solutions.
Manage opportunities in D365 CRM with timely follow-up.
Support Sales Managers with transactional activities and advancement of opportunities.
Monitor the sales pipeline and follow up on quotations and actions.
Coordinate resolution of customer issues and delivery concerns.
Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and CRM data quality.
