Job summary

TTI Europe in the Netherlands is seeking an Inside Sales professional to grow relationships with a defined customer base and to coordinate quotes, orders and shipments. You will work in conjunction with Outside Field Sales Representatives, Product Management and Sales Management to increase sales opportunities and tailor your approach to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Inside Sales or related role in electronics
• Well organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Communicative and team-oriented with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Liaising with and supporting a defined customer base
• Systematically developing the sales area and building new customer relationships
• Monitoring quality figures for our customers
• Providing price and delivery quotes
• Following-up these quotes: processing orders and monitoring shipments to customers
• Maintaining successful supplier relationships
• Coordinating deliveries
• First point of contact for customer complaints and providing solutions
