Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Internal Sales & Customer Service team toward growth.
• Set goals, manage resources, assign priorities and ensure KPI delivery.
• Analyze sales, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction data to drive decisions.
• Drive sales performance through offers, pricing, contracts, and account growth.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues to improve service quality.
• Oversee end-to-end order management across sales, logistics, and operations.
• Monitor performance through CRM/ERP/BI tools and report to senior leadership.
