TAKKT Group in Lisse, NL, seeks an Inside Sales & Customer Service Manager. Lead the Internal Sales & Customer Service team, set priorities, and drive KPI targets. You will analyze data to forecast and plan, oversee pricing, contracts, and key accounts, and ensure service excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in a commercial role with leadership, strong BI/CRM skills, and fluent English plus native Dutch. Located in the Lisse area, with a focus on improving customer satisfaction and order

• More than 5 years in a commercial position with leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the Internal Sales & Customer Service team toward growth.
• Set goals, manage resources, assign priorities and ensure KPI delivery.
• Analyze sales, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction data to drive decisions.
• Drive sales performance through offers, pricing, contracts, and account growth.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues to improve service quality.
• Oversee end-to-end order management across sales, logistics, and operations.
• Monitor performance through CRM/ERP/BI tools and report to senior leadership.
