TTI, Inc. - Europe in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, is seeking an Inside Sales professional to support a defined customer base and grow sales. The role requires 3+ years in the electronic components sector, strong organisation, and excellent communication in Dutch and English.

You will manage quotes, orders, deliveries, and maintain supplier relationships in a collaborative, international environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Inside Sales or related in electronics components.
• Well organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Communicative, team-oriented, with strong organizational skills and independent work ethic.
• Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of English.
• Good MS-Office knowledge.

Inside Sales (m/f)

Location: Eindhoven - The Netherlands

Your Responsibilities Include

• Liaising with and supporting a defined customer base
• Systematically developing the sales area and building new customer relatiosnships
• Monitoring quality figures for our customers
• Providing price and delivery quotes
• Following-up these quotes: processing orders and monitoring shipments to customers
• Maintaining successful supplier realtionships
• In addition, you will take on the responsibilties to coordinating deliveries
• As the first point of contact for customer complaints, you wll provide customers with solutions to any problems they will have

What You Bring To Us

• You have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Inside Sales or in a related position in the electronic component industry
• Well organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks
• You are a communicative, team-orientated person with strong organizational skills, independant work ethic and quick understanding of new information
• Fluent in Dutch an good knowledge of English
• You also have good MS-Office knowledge

This position will suit a tenacious, outgoing and enthousiastic person. You are a teamplayer with excellent communications skills. You can work under pressure and deal with people at all levels. You can work at your own initiative and have a keen perception. Furthermore you understand the difference between the Dutch and Belgium mindset and know how to navigate this.
