Job summary

Telerex Nederland B.V. is seeking an Inside Sales representative to translate customer needs into solutions, support the sales process, and ensure smooth operations with the Sales & Engineering team for satisfied customers and growing sales figures.

You will create quotations, check orders, manage customer data in ERP, follow up on leads, and possibly take on Product Line Manager responsibilities including price lists and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Commercial flair and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a structured working style.

Responsibilities

• Create and follow up quotations based on customer requests or input from our Field Sales Engineers
• Check orders for specifications and commercial conditions
• Follow up on sales leads and seize opportunities
• Accurately manage customer data, special prices and articles in our ERP system
• Analyze customer consumption patterns and take action accordingly
• Make appointments for field colleagues and register reports
• Follow product training courses from our suppliers
• Possibly take on the role of Product Line Manager, with responsibility for price lists, inventory management and product info
