QLS is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow the Inside Sales team across Dordrecht and Rotterdam. You will translate growth ambitions into a concrete plan, coach ten business developers, and scale the team to around 15 within 12–18 months.

• Leads Inside Sales team and develops junior talent
• Able to analyze markets and competition to craft plans
• Coach and develop reps, run regular coaching sessions
• Knows outbound sales strategies (call, email, LinkedIn) and uses data to coach

Responsabilidades

• Translate commercial vision into a practical Inside Sales plan
• Lead and grow team from 10 to ~15, coaching week-by-week
• Oversee hiring, onboarding and training programs
• Align sales processes with marketing, ops and product teams
• Drive KPIs: activity, pipeline and conversion
