Job summary

Kienbaum Netherlands is seeking a Senior Manager Inside Sales to lead and integrate the internal sales teams across the Netherlands, strengthening the commercial backbone of the organization.

You will align customer data, quotations, calculations and order preparation, drive process improvement and digitalization, and foster collaboration with Outside Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing and international functions to support ambitious growth toward 2030.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Inside Sales or Sales Operations in a B2B environment.
• Experience leading teams with ownership and accountability.
• Strong understanding of commercial and administrative sales processes.
• Experience with quotations, calculations, and order preparation.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the internal sales organization in the Netherlands.
