Job summary

Premier Tech is seeking a Helpdesk specialist within the Industrial Equipment Group to provide technical phone support to customers and Field Service Technicians. You will troubleshoot issues, advise on services or parts, and document resolutions to improve equipment uptime.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a college diploma in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation, and bilingual English and Dutch. Occasional on-site service and Salesforce CRM experience are a plus.

Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant experience in helpdesk or maintenance support.
College training in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation or Industrial Maintenance.
Fluent in English and Dutch; willingness to learn additional languages.

Responsibilities

Provide technical phone support to customers and Field Service Technicians.
Suggest technical services or replacement parts as needed.
Complete follow-up reports on problems solved.
Promote preventive maintenance and on-site service if needed.
Update customer records in Salesforce and track cases in the database.
Assist Field Service Technicians during service calls and equipment modifications.
