Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a technically skilled support professional to assist field engineers and customers with diagnosing and resolving issues in industrial automation systems. You will work with Logix-based controllers, HMI systems, and associated software, providing timely phone and email assistance while developing knowledgebase articles and supporting a Dutch-speaking portfolio.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and strong English and Dutch language abilities, with a preference

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical/computer engineering or related field.
Fluent English and Dutch are mandatory; German is a plus.
Knowledge of Rockwell Automation or similar hardware products is desirable.
Knowledge of Windows and Office 365, networking, and IT systems.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging systems.
Respond when first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix malfunctioning equipment or software problems.
Provide technical support to internal and external customers, including end-user operators, OEMs, developers, system administrators, field consultants, and engineers.
Work as a team member of the Controller hardware team with Logix controller systems and related products.
Create and publish knowledgebase articles.
Provide customer service from issue start through resolution.
Provide support primarily by phone and email.
Report to a Team Leader.
Support the Dutch-speaking customer portfolio.
