Qualifications

• Knowledge of embedded and industrial software.
• VCA-vol certification.
• Proficiency in MS operating systems and office applications.
• Sound Network SW & HW knowledge.
• Familiarity with Cloud SW & infrastructure.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Solving malfunctions reported in the JIRA system.
• Performing periodic remote system checks.
• Prioritizing work within SLA agreements.
• Supporting Field Support Engineers with complex failures.
• Escalating to 2nd line when needed.
• Communicating status updates to customers via JIRA.
