Job summary

de Chinese Muur Winterswijk bv zoekt een gepassioneerde Independent Working Chef Level I om ons keukenteam te versterken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bereiding en presentatie van gerechten, werkt onder begeleiding van de hoofdchef maar kan ook zelfstandig de keuken beheren wanneer nodig.

We are de Chinese Muur Winterswijk bv, a global/Chinese/Indonesian restaurant, looking for 3 passionate Independent Working Chef Level I to join our kitchen team. Are you a skilled chef who thrives in the kitchen? As our chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of dishes and meal components. You will work under the guidance of our head chef or owner but can also independently manage the kitchen when needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with fellow chefs and, if required, supervise kitchen assistants. You will follow established guidelines regarding ingredients, recipes, working methods, and visual presentation. Our restaurant is located at address Groenloseweg 90, 7101AK Winterswijk. Interested? • Selecting and preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
• Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed.
• Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.
• Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making corrections where necessary.
