Chinees Specialiteiten Restaurant New Garden Helmond zoekt een gemotiveerde Independent Chef I om het keukenteam te versterken. Je bereidt gerechten zelfstandig en werkt nauw samen met collega's in een dynamische keuken, waarbij netheid en orde centraal staan.

Qualifications

• Indien mogelijk zelfstandig initiatief nemen en oplossingsgericht handelen.
• Engagement tonen en verantwoordelijkheid durven nemen.
• Geen minimale opleiding vereist maar MBO-3 graag aangegeven.

Responsibilities

• Selecteren en voorbereiden van ingrediënten (wassen, snijden, mixen).
• In tussencontroles controleren op gaarheid, smaak en kleur en bijsturen.
• Zorgen voor consistente kwaliteit en hygiëne.
• Toezicht houden op keukenhulpen en waar nodig bijsturen.
• Voorraad bijhouden, ingrediënten bestellen en leveringen controleren.
• Dagelijkse reiniging van werkomgeving, keukengerei en werkstations.
• Technische storingen melden en kleine problemen oplossen.
• Input geven over samenstelling van menu en werkwijzen.

We are Chinees Restaurant New Garden, looking for multiple passionate Independent Chef I to strengthen our kitchen team. Do you have a passion for cooking and do you enjoy a dynamic kitchen environment? Then you are a perfect fit for us! You will assist in preparing dishes and work closely with our kitchen team. You can work both independently and as part of a team, and you feel responsible for a clean and organized kitchen. Our restaurant is located at Dorpsstraat 52 5708GJ Helmond.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities:

• -Selecting and preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
• -Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed.
• -Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.
• -Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making corrections where necessary.
• -Keeping track of stock levels, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries.
• -Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
• -Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues.
• -Providing input regarding the composition and adjustments of menus, the menu list, and working methods
