Job summary

Sky Asia is een sushi restaurant in Alphen aan den Rijn dat een Independent Working Chef Level I zoekt om het keukenteam te versterken. Je bereidt gerechten zelfstandig en werkt nauw samen met het team, met verantwoordelijkheid voor een schone en georganiseerde keuken.

De functie biedt fulltime werk van 38 uur per week met een bruto maandsalaris van 2.750 tot 3.250 euro, plus training, gratis accommodatie en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Selecteren en voorbereiden van ingrediënten.
• Tussentijdse controles ( gaarheid, smaak, kleur ) en bijsturen.
• Zorgen voor consistente kwaliteit en hygiëne.
• Toezicht houden op keukenhulp en bijsturen waar nodig.
• Stockbeheer: ingrediënten bestellen en leveringen controleren.
• Dagelijkse schoonmaak van werkplek en kookapparatuur.
• Melden van technische storingen en oplossen van kleine issues.
• Bijdragen aan samenstelling en werkwijzen van menu's.

We are restaurant Sky Asia B.V., looking for a passionate Independent Working Chef Level I to strengthen our kitchen team. You can work both independently and as part of a team, and you feel responsible for a clean and organized kitchen. Our restaurant is located at Hooftstraat 122, 2406GM Alphen aan den Rijn. Your Responsibilities:

• Selecting and preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
• Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed.
• Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.
• Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making corrections where necessary.
• Keeping track of stock levels, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries.
• Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
• Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues.
• Providing input regarding the composition and adjustments of menus, the menu list, and working methods
