Zusammenfassung

Taamaraa Indian Restaurant in Utrecht zoekt een zelfstandige Chef-I voor 40 uur per week. Je bereidt ingrediënten, beoordeelt de kwaliteit en volgt basistechnieken op volgens recepten en kwaliteitsnormen.

Je werkt met voorraad- en inkoopbeheer, houdt keuken en apparatuur schoon en stuurt assistenten aan. Het salaris ligt tussen €2.700 en €3.200, afhankelijk van ervaring, met flexibele uren en groeikansen in een stijlvolle werkomgeving.

Qualifikationen

• MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau.
• Basis kooktechnieken.
• Spreekt Engels of Nederlands.

Aufgaben

• Bereidt ingrediënten voor de gerechten en beoordeelt de kwaliteit van producten.
• Past basistechnieken toe en bereidt/presenteert gerechten volgens recepten en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Voert voorbereidende werkzaamheden uit en controleert tussenkwaliteit.
• Beheert voorraad en inkoop en houdt keuken en apparatuur schoon.
• Begeleidt zelfstandig assistenten en geeft input over menu's en methodes.
• Draagt bij aan ideeën voor recepten en efficiëntere processen.
• Toezicht houden op naleving van regels en het werk van de assistenten.

The Role: Independent working chef -I

Job Description and Tasks: From our new colleague, we expect that he/she will:

Prepares the ingredients for the dishes and assess the quality of the products/ingredients.

Applies basic cooking techniques, prepares and presents dishes according to recipes and quality standards.

Carries out preparatory work (cutting, mixing, etc.) and intermediate quality controls.

Is responsible for inventory and order management, and keeping the kitchen and equipment clean.

Professionally supervises assistant(s) and provides input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu card, and methods.

Contribute ideas for recipes, menu updates, and more efficient processes

Supervising compliance with regulations and the work of the assistants.

Your Profile:

MBO 3 working and thinking level.

Someone who has demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.

Speaks English or Dutch.
