Jatapasu B.V. in Vlijmen is seeking multiple Independent Working Chef Level I to strengthen our kitchen team. You will assist in preparing dishes and work closely with our kitchen crew, both independently and in a team setting, while keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

Our restaurant is located at Grote Kerk 17, 5251AA Vlijmen. We offer a professional environment, onboarding guidance, opportunities for development, flexible day/evening shifts (including weekends), and a full-time 38-hour

We are restaurant Jatapasu B.V., looking for multiple passionate Independent Working Chef Level I to strengthen our kitchen team. Do you have a passion for cooking and do you enjoy a dynamic kitchen environment? Then you are a perfect fit for us! You will assist in preparing dishes and work closely with our kitchen team. You can work both independently and as part of a team, and you feel responsible for a clean and organized kitchen. Our restaurant is located at Grote Kerk 17, 5251AA Vlijmen.

Taken

• Selecting and preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
• Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed.
• Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.
• Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making corrections where necessary.
• Keeping track of stock levels, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries.
• Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
• Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues.
• Providing input regarding the composition and adjustments of menus, the menu list, and working methods
